We are looking for a Front-End Developer with a strong foundation in ReactJS and Tailwind CSS. The ideal candidate should have experience developing responsive, high-performance web applications. While experience with PHP is a plus, it is not a requirement for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance front-end applications using ReactJS.
  • Implement responsive UI components using Tailwind CSS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and backend developers, to deliver high-quality user experiences.
  • Optimize applications for speed and scalability.
  • Follow best practices in coding, testing, and documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proficiency in ReactJS and JavaScript.
  • Strong experience with Tailwind CSS or other modern CSS frameworks.
  • Understanding of front-end performance optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Experience with PHP is a plus but not required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Located in Las Vegas, NV, and available for in-office work (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Prior experience in building scalable web applications.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
