We are looking for a high-performing Executive Assistant to support our Founder & CEO, Feross Aboukhadijeh. You will provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, managing their calendar, communications, and daily operations. This role is remote and requires local residency in San Francisco, CA, with occasional travel as needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting C-suite for at least 2 years in the SaaS/technology industry
- Proven experience with complex calendar management and stakeholder coordination
- Expert proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and video conferencing platforms
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the natural ability to roll with the punches
