Our client is a US-based software development company with more than 3,000 employees worldwide, currently looking for an English-speaking "Executive Assistant". This position is 100% remote and open to candidates located anywhere in LATAM (except Argentina).
Mission:
Provide high-level executive support to a C-Level leader within the Commercial area, ensuring efficient management of agenda, communications, and priorities in a fast-paced, multi-time-zone environment, enabling effective decision-making and smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to a C-Level executive within the Commercial area.
- Manage complex calendars and email communications across multiple time zones.
- Ensure efficient coordination of meetings, priorities, and daily activities.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to support fast-paced executive workflows.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience supporting C-Level executives.
- Expert-level proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Advanced calendar and email management in complex, multi-time-zone environments.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Upper-Intermediate English level or higher (both written and spoken).
- Fast adaptability, proactive mindset, and solid understanding of processes.
Desirable:
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in technology or software companies.
