Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the contract life cycle since the beginning until the final completion and
• contract closeout.
• Validate the Request for Approval process submitted by Construction Management
• Contractors.
• Validate the contract is being executed in accordance with the commercial, legal
• and technical conditions defined by the parties.
• Monitor contractor and subcontractors’ performance and compliance and take
• appropriate action to ensure that all parties are meeting their obligations.
• Ensure, with the support of the assigned cost controller, the execution of the
• contract in accordance with the planned costs.
• Guarantee, with the support of the assigned scheduler, the execution of the contract
• in accordance with the activities defined in the contract execution schedule.
• Monitor, with the support of the PMC team, potential risks arising in the execution of the contract and ensure that measures are taken to mitigate them.
• Generate the Reports defined in Novo Nordisk contract management procedures
• Responsible for administrative work related to the role

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant field of study.
• Master’s degree in projects or a relevant field of study, preferred.
• 6+ years of experience as a Contract Manager in projects in Life Science or similar areas.
• Strong Knowledge background in: Contract Lifecycle, Management, Project Control / Schedule, Risk Management, Compliance, Cost Control
• Microsoft Office Suite Experience - 2+ years
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Great attention to detail
• Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
• Excellent organizational skills
