POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager/Architect to lead multiple high-end projects from concept through completion. This role requires a seasoned professional who can manage all technical, business, design, and administrative aspects of projects while mentoring junior team members in a collaborative studio environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee all phases of multiple projects simultaneously from pre-design through construction observation
- Lead technical, business, design, and administrative components of complex residential and hospitality projects
- Supervise project teams and delegate tasks effectively to meet deadlines and quality standards
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior staff members
- Manage client relationships with excellent listening and communication skills
- Produce expert-level work in Revit for all project documentation and coordination
- Create photorealistic 3D renderings and presentations using Twinmotion, Lumion, or similar platforms
- Set up and export models for consultant coordination and client presentations
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and agency officials throughout project lifecycle
- Ensure projects meet firm standards for design excellence and sustainability
- Maintain organized project documentation and filing systems
- Participate in design development and problem-solving discussions
- Conduct site visits and construction observation as needed
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- 10+ years of professional experience in architectural project management
- Proven track record managing multiple high-end single-family residential or hospitality projects from concept through completion
- Proficiency in Revit
- Advanced 3D rendering skills (Twinmotion, Lumion, Enscape, or similar platforms)
- Deep technical knowledge of building systems, detailing, and construction methods
- Experience supervising and mentoring junior design staff
