Job Summary:

Our Revenue team is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst who will play a key role in maintaining our Salesforce CRM, optimizing sales processes, supporting our contract management process, and providing analytics that drive decision-making. Your work will directly impact our sales efficiency and success. The Sales Operations Analyst will work closely with the Sales, Legal, and Revenue teams to drive efficiencies across the business.

The successful candidate will evidence a passion for optimizing the sales operations function within a large and growing organization.

What you will do:

  • Maintain Salesforce CRM, including workflow, reporting, and data integrity
  • Partner with our Sales, Salesforce, and BD teams to improve how we track client, broker, and consultant relationships
  • Work with our Salesforce team to streamline the contracting process from opportunity to close and work with our Finance team to ensure ERP interoperability
  • Modify and send contracts to clients for signature, input all relevant contractual financial details to Salesforce, ensure all contracts are stored in the proper company folders, and track execution and progress via regular reporting
  • Own the integrity of our contracting data within our business systems and interface directly with the Finance team to ensure seamless monthly invoicing
  • Optimize sales and operational efficiency through process improvement
  • Act as a liaison with other departments to ensure the integrity of master data information in Salesforce
  • Ensure opportunities are properly tracked in Salesforce, validating our systems against the signed contract
  • Partner with the Sales and Marketing teams to implement business systems that enable more efficient GTM strategies

What you will bring to SmithRx:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or related quantitative field
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Sales support
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and business intelligence tools required
  • Prior experience in contract management in sales operations functions is highly desired
  • Demonstrated ability to work in collaboration with multiple functional areas
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills combined with a strong business and technical acumen
  • Strong project management, organizational and prioritization skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Zapier, Docusign, Loom, Confluence
