We’re looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on Sr Accountant to join our growing finance team. In this role, you’ll ensure timely and accurate accounting records, maintain compliance with GAAP, and support critical finance operations including accounts payable, expense management, and audit readiness.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare and post month-end journal entries and account reconciliations
  • Own and maintain the accounts payable process, including invoices and credit card accounting
  • Manage employee expense reports and ensure policy compliance
  • Maintain adherence to GAAP and internal control policies
  • Support external audits, including preparing schedules and writing audit memos
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and internal management reports
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve and automate finance processes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the company to support finance operations

What You Bring

  • 5 years of accounting experience (SaaS or tech startup experience is a plus)
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • CPA or CPA-track candidates preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of GAAP and general ledger accounting
  • Experience using accounting software (NetSuite preferred) and Excel (advanced functions)
  • Highly organized, analytical, and able to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Haves

  • CPA license or actively pursuing certification
  • Experience with Netsuite and Ramp
  • Prior experience in consolidations or intercompany accounting

Compensation

$100,000 - 125,000 salary + equity incentives
