Mission:

In this role, your primary responsibility will be to assist the Talent Acquisition Manager, which includes conducting candidate searches, facilitating communication with potential candidates, and coordinating interview schedules.

Outcomes:

• Search: Present a daily selection of 20 profiles to the TA manager for review, with the minimum acceptance rate of 90%.
• Outreach: Reach out to accepted candidates using communication templates approved by the TA manager.
• Verify: Ask verification questions to ensure potential candidates meet the basic criteria for the role.

Requirements:

• Openness to constructive feedback and the opinions and ideas of others.
• Growth mindset.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Experience working with G-Suite: Spreadsheets, Docs.
• Nice-to-have. understanding of “where to source” and use of tools such as X-Ray search, Linkedin, Facebook, Telegram, and job boards.
• Nice-to-have. Expertise in cold outreach: great writing and communication skills.
