Smartbridge is seeking a client-facing Quality Analyst with strong business analysis skills to join their U.S.-based team. The role involves ensuring the quality and reliability of web, mobile, and enterprise applications through system integrations, APIs, and end-to-end workflows. The candidate will translate business goals into testable requirements, design test strategies, and validate data for various solutions.

Requirements

  • 4 years combined experience in Business Analysis and QA on web or mobile projects
  • Postman proficiency for API testing and JSON/XML validation
  • Experience with one or more automation frameworks
  • Familiarity with .NET Core applications, native iOS/Android app testing, and Salesforce QA
  • SQL querying skills
  • Scripting experience with Python, JavaScript, or C# (a plus)
