About the Role
We are looking for a highly polished Enterprise Customer Trainer who can deliver clear, confident, and structured product training to enterprise clients. You will lead engaging Zoom sessions, guide customers through product features, answer questions with clarity, and help clients feel supported every step of the way.
This is not a basic customer service role — this is a client-facing SaaS trainer position that requires outstanding communication skills, software fluency, and the ability to teach complex concepts with ease.
What You’ll Do
- Lead live product trainings via Zoom (1:1 + group)
- Walk clients through dashboards, reports, and workflow features
- Support onboarding for new enterprise accounts
- Create simple training guides, SOPs, and short screen-recordings
- Troubleshoot user confusion and explain steps clearly
Requirements
Who Thrives in This Role
Candidates tend to be successful if they have:
- 1–5 years of professional experience, ideally in SaaS onboarding, Customer Success, software training, implementation, or Tier 2+ support
- 1+ year delivering live training or client walkthroughs
- Strong ability to teach software step-by-step
- Experience with dashboards, reports, or CRM/ATS-style tools
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Professional remote setup (quiet space + good mic/cam)
Nice-to-Have
- SaaS Customer Success or Enablement experience
- Real estate / PropTech background
- Basic instructional design or LMS experience
