HR Intern

Sizanid Staffing, a fast-growing and innovative staffing agency under Sizanid HR, is excited to offer an HR Intern position for motivated individuals eager to start their careers in human resources and recruitment. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee onboarding, and administrative support. You will work closely with our experienced HR team, learning about the staffing industry, recruitment technologies, and HR best practices. This internship is designed to provide valuable insight into the dynamic world of staffing while developing your professional skills in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the HR team in daily activities such as posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing documentation and facilitating orientation sessions.
• Maintain and update employee records in the HR information system (HRIS).
• Participate in organizing recruitment events and campus outreach programs.
• Conduct preliminary research on HR policies, labor laws, and industry trends.
• Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in human resources and recruitment processes.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
