We're looking for a Salesforce Process Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you'll help different parts of the business with operational activities, solving cases associated with the Salesforce platform. The focus will be on data and process-related Salesforce cases and low-complex admin activities.
Requirements
- Manage support queue and close tickets within designated SLA
- Responsible for actioning tickets related to data and/or meta-data fixes
- Work with Business users to seek clarity on tickets and arrive at a resolution
- Develop and maintain process guides and manuals
- Daily administration and support of SiteMinder's Salesforce instance
- Create reports and dashboards and educate end users
- Use Dataloader to bulk insert/update records in Salesforce
- Liaise with end users for resolution of tickets and educate them on Salesforce functionalities
- Support Business ops team by testing Salesforce enhancements
- Constantly learn new Salesforce functionalities through Trailhead and aim towards getting Admin certified
