Pipeline Operations & Analytics Manager

We are looking for a Pipeline Operations & Analytics Manager to maintain pipeline integrity and drive operational efficiency across our global regions. This role combines advanced analytics with operational excellence to ensure efficient pipeline progression, reduce case aging, and optimise resource allocation.

Requirements

• Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
• Experience with Snowflake data warehouse platform
• Proficiency in Tableau for data visualisation and dashboard creation
• Strong expertise in Salesforce CRM for pipeline management and reporting
• Advanced Google Sheets skills including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data manipulation
• Analytical & Operational Skills: Proven ability to compile and synthesise data from multiple systems into cohesive insights
• Strong analytical mindset with experience translating data into actionable recommendations
• Experience in pipeline operations and case management
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Experience & Background: Experience in operations analytics, revenue operations, or similar role
• Experience working with SaaS products and CRM systems
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, Snowflake, Google Suite
• Proven SQL skills and experience with data visualisation tools
• Experience working with multi-region, multi-language operations
• Track record of driving operational efficiency through data-driven initiatives
• Experience working across multiple regions/time zones preferred
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
• Flexibility of working hours is required
