As a hybrid working environment, you'll be working remotely on a weekly basis and will be responsible for managing a team of sales executives, ensuring performance meets or exceeds budget expectations.
Requirements
- Extensive experience managing an outbound, full sales cycle team
- Understanding of the sales cycles and KPIs for a SaaS model
- Preferably background in hospitality/hotel tech
- Ability to coach and train junior sales teams
- Ability to run reports and analyze data to identify trends and make informed decisions
- Bilingual English & Spanish
