More about the role

1、大学本科以上学历，理、工科或者市场营销专业

2、销售工作经验8年以上（其中项目销售经验2年以上）,销售管理工作经验3年以上、照明行业或建材行业销售工作经历优先考虑。

3、较强的项目管理经验，能利用一定的销售工具对市场进行分析及规划

4、具有市场营销和管理工作经验

5、具有较强的市场开拓与销售技能、熟练的业务知识及相关的财务知识

6、具备优秀的沟通能力和团队合作精神，组建和培训团队经验丰富

7、具备较强的时间管理能力和工作管理能力
