More about the role
1、 热爱销售工作。善于开拓市场,挖掘客户潜在需求。
2、 5年以上照明工程项目经验或者照明分销渠道管理经验者优先。
3、 有较强的责任心,能够承受工作压力,完成销售指标。
4、 良好的沟通和表达能力,富有团队合作精神。
5、 学习能力强,大专及以上学历,专业不限。英语具备良好的阅读、书写能力。 6、 熟练使用电脑,对Excel及PowerPoint等办公软件熟练应用。
工作职责:
1、 完成区域销售任务。制定区域市场开发计划,并分步实施。
2、 结合销售工作需要,开发新经销商,开拓新销售领域。
3、 调研和回馈市场信息,组织和实施市场推广活动。
4、 收集及跟踪照明工程信息,为客户提供售前咨询、产品选型、方案制作等服务。
5、 统筹协调管理经销商、分销商、工程项目、终端用户、合作伙伴。
