We're looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing and growing our enterprise accounts, navigating large organizations, and providing consultative advice to C-suite executives and other senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise account management
- Strong background in consultative selling and strategic business development
- Proven track record of delighting clients and meeting revenue retention targets
- Ability to accurately forecast revenue retention and present to C-suite level
- Previous experience selling SaaS solutions or software-led sales
- Knowledge of APIs, PowerBI, and Tableau
- Consultative approach to building and retaining a client base
- Market leader in Account Management/Customer Success
