Senior Data Analyst

• Analyze business and pricing processes to identify optimization opportunities
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand client needs and processes
• Recommend improvements based on best practices
• Align platform capabilities with client requirements
• Design and validate pricing experiments with Data Scientists
• Configure pricing platform for optimal client setup
• Deliver user training and ongoing support
• Monitor pricing performance and share insights
• Drive user adoption and recommend strategies to maximize platform value

• 5+ years in pricing analytics, data analysis, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
• Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in Python or R
• Understanding of data structures, modeling, and warehousing
• Experience in data cleaning and quality assurance
• Proven delivery of impactful analytics solutions
• Knowledge of market analysis, customer segmentation, and psychological pricing
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher

• Pricing strategy experience (cost-plus, value-based, competitive models)
• Dynamic pricing and price elasticity analysis
