Product/Project Manager (AAOS Project)

  • Own the product roadmap and execution plan for the AAOS voice assistant app
  • Translate business goals and user needs into clear feature definitions, user stories, and technical requirements
  • Collaborate with the engineering, design, NLP/AI teams, and automotive partners to scope and deliver features
  • Manage end-to-end project timelines, dependencies, and risks to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery
  • Ensure compliance with automotive UX guidelines, AAOS certification, and performance requirements
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and regular status reporting
  • Gather feedback from OEMs, test users, and QA to continuously improve the product
  • At least 4 years of experience in product or project management in Android or automotive products
  • Strong understanding of mobile development lifecycles, especially in Android or Android Automotive environments
  • Solid knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable managing multiple streams of work, teams across disciplines, and tight automotive timelines
  • Prior experience with AAOS, AOSP, or collaboration with automotive OEMs/Tier 1s
  • Familiarity with voice interface design, audio pipelines, or speech recognition tools
  • Exposure to compliance frameworks in the automotive domain (e.g. ISO 26262, ASPICE)
  • An Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English and Ukrainian (both written and spoken)

    Would be a plus:
  • Experience working with voice assistants, AI/NLP, or real-time audio applications

We are looking for a Product/Project Manager to drive the development of an AAOS (Android Automotive OS) voice assistant application.
You will be responsible for creating the roadmap, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products. The role involves close collaboration with engineering, design, and automotive partners, translating business needs into product features while maintaining compliance with automotive standards.
