- Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to understand the advertising sales workflow, identify inefficiencies, and define automation opportunities using AI
- Translate business goals into clear, structured product requirements and success metrics
- Conduct workshops and interviews with sales, marketing, and data teams to capture pain points and prioritize features
- Define and validate user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules
- Work with engineering and data science teams to clarify requirements, review deliverables, and ensure alignment with business goals
- Support decision-making by transforming data insights into actionable business recommendations
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, BI Analyst, or Product Owner
- Proven ability to translate complex business needs into clear data and functional requirements
- Hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)
- Analytical/critical thinking, requirement management, communication, business processes etc.), practical experience with AI/LLM and prompts
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Upper-Intermediate level of English
