Poland onlyEnsono is seeking a Business Analyst – CPQ Specialist to support and advance their Configuration Price Quote (CPQ) system. This role involves developing and managing CPQ product logic, cost models, and templates, working closely with cross-functional teams to streamline commercial interactions with clients and prospective clients. The role requires expertise in CPQ, IT managed service provider business models, and collaboration with product management and sales teams.
Requirements
- Contribute to the vision, strategy, and roadmap for CPQ.
- Become an expert in Ensono’s global CPQ system.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand and document their relevant business requirements.
- Implement and maintain product logic and cost models in CPQ.
- Support sales users in the quoting process and on complex commercial scenarios.
- Identify and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
