Implementation Manager role at Siena, a startup building enterprise empathic AI Agents. As an Implementation Manager, you'll be responsible for onboarding new customers, translating their SOPs into AI-powered automations, and ensuring they become self-sufficient experts on the Siena platform.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in onboarding, implementation, CSM, or CX operations in a B2B SaaS environment
- Knowledge of tools like Shopify, Zendesk, Gorgias, Kustomer, or similar
- Ability to explain complex systems to non-technical users
- Experience with API integrations and app integrations in e-commerce
- Ability to teach others and pace training sessions for both power users and execs
- Organizational skills to juggle multiple projects and timelines
- Ability to work in fast-moving, scrappy environments with minimal guidance
