Job Description:

This role is to ensure all sales, financial, operational and HSSE goals of the territory are delivered in compliance with SGBP and through the implementation of customer and dealer value propositions that maximizes profitability and sustainable long-term growth; in collaboration with Network, Fleet Solutions, Commercial Fuels, NFR, Marketing, Finance, Credit, Supply Distribution, Legal teams.

  • Responsible for the management and realization of negotiations with dealers, delivering local Network Real Estate targets as part of Multi Year Plan (MYP), specifically being in charge and focused on implementation of the strategy, covering, maintaining and expanding network through Contract Renewals and delivering growth through NTI/S and VA projects throughout Turkey within the Territory.
  • Deliver IP volume targets of the Territory by taking site-based actions in collaboration with Network, NFR and Marketing team.
  • Deliver projects consistent with network plans at maximum profitability by means of commerciality and optionality.
  • Manage DSO, OD and Credit Risks of the Territory in line with STAS plans, and avoid bad debt
  • Support and deliver agreed Territory execution plan of CR DVP Offer on time (vs NFR SPANCOP) to maximize NFR Income
  • Ensure all lease renewals of the Territory are managed in line with agreed commercial returns.
  • Deliver growth, contract renewal, care and maintain, value added and asset integrity projects as per network & sales plans to increase network efficiency and profits and ensures long-term growth and competitive position in the territory
  • Deliver growth, contract renewal, care and maintain, value added and asset integrity projects as per network & sales plans to provide top and bottom-line growth in the Territory.
  • Continuously monitor market, competitors, legislation, customer demand trends to update relevant parties and incorporate into operations.
  • Ensure site operational excellence and service quality are maximized by coaching and motivating Dealers and SAS’s.
  • Ensure all global and local retail programs, projects and organizations are being delivered successfully.
  • Provide support and influence dealers to fully comply with local regulations and EMRA requirements.
  • Working according to ISO9001 Quality Management and ISO27001 Information Security Management principles

Requirements:

An experienced retail / sales professional (at least 5 years) in the respective LoB/SF with knowledge about all interfaces within retail and with other LoBs

  • Fluency in English, valid driving license and computer (MS) literacy.
  • Skill level of customer understanding, HSSE and negotiation.
  • Working skill level of financial table analysis (P&L, profitability analysis),
