Eagle Health Analytics, LLC (EHA) is seeking an experienced Instructional System Designer - Mid to support our ongoing mission. This role is full remote in the U.S.
What You'll Do:
- Work under the supervision of the project manager or lead instructional designer to develop and document instructor-led, paper-based, and online curricula or performance support solutions.
- Work with a design team of instructional designers, media specialists, programmers, quality control specialists, subject matter experts, and project and program managers to design and create training products.
- Participate in visual design, prototyping, usability testing, and evaluation and foster design innovation.
- Work with minimal supervision on instructional design and development tasks.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the ADDIE and Agile instructional design models and processes.
- Assist with reviewing products throughout analysis, design, and development to ensure sensible course flow and compliance with style guidelines and standards.
- Design and develop SCORM conformant and 508-compliant eLearning courseware and training materials.
What You Bring:
- United States Citizenship and the ability to obtain a NACI clearance.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of experience with eLearning design and development and adult learning theory.
- Experience with envisioning, designing, and developing interactive media elements at an advanced IMI 2 and basic IMI3 level.
- Demonstrated utilization of ADDIE for complex course design and development.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Captivate
- Demonstrated ability with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation tools (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- The ability to present complex information clearly to a disbursed online audience.
- Strong writing and oral communication skills.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, interpersonal, and client interaction skills
- Meticulous attention to detail, quality assurance, and editing skills.
- The ability to prioritize and make good decisions with minimal supervision.
- Experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Preferred:
- Prior US Navy or other US Military experience (preferred).
- Experience working in Agile teams with process management tools like Jira
- Familiarity with US Navy AIM II Learning Object Module (LOM)
- Active Secret Clearance preferred not required
