We are seeking a Customer Onboarding Manager to lead enterprise client onboarding onto our SaaS platform. This is a remote contract-based position that requires supporting clients in the Europe time zone. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer onboarding, customer implementation, technical consulting, or enterprise customer success.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in customer onboarding, customer implementation, technical consulting, or enterprise customer success
- Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Working knowledge of SaaS platforms, APIs, and enterprise integrations
