Associate Principal – BFS Data Analysis

We are currently searching for an Associate Principal – BFS Data Analysis (UI Experience)

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end business and data analysis activities within the BFS cluster, with a strong focus on hands-on UI design and development for enterprise applications.
• Collaborate closely with product, technology, and business teams to design, implement, and optimize user interfaces that align with business and user needs.
• Design and execute comprehensive data analysis strategies to support financial and portfolio management initiatives.
• Apply advanced analytical tools and methodologies to interpret market trends and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance in all analytics and reporting activities.
• Mentor junior analysts and share best practices in both data analysis and UI design/development.
• Facilitate workshops and presentations to communicate findings, UI prototypes, and actionable insights effectively to diverse stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps and proposing innovative solutions in both data analysis and application UI.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices in BFS data and UI development.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in BFS data analysis.
• Proven hands-on experience designing and developing UIs for enterprise-level applications (wireframing, prototyping, implementation, and testing).
• Strong background in financial data analysis; experience in Wealth Management is a plus (nice to have).
• Proficiency with modern UI frameworks and tools (e.g., React, Angular, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar).
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver data-driven strategies integrated with UI/UX solutions.
• Deep understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks within BFS.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience delivering insights and UI demos to executive stakeholders.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
