Segra is excited to invite a skilled and motivated Commissions Analyst to join our dynamic team in a full-time capacity.
Work Arrangement:
This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing for three (3) days in the office and the flexibility to work remotely two (2) days a week.
Role Overview:
The Commissions Analyst is integral to processing monthly commission payouts for our sales organizations. This role involves ensuring automated system outputs align with the compensation plan and Segra policies through thorough analysis and testing. You will establish and maintain procedures for the timely and accurate distribution of commissions to employees and sales agents, collaborating with the Sales Organizations, Payroll, and Accounts Payable to adhere to the established payment schedule. Additionally, you will provide support to managers and directors in utilizing our online systems effectively.
Qualifications
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in commissions, accounting, or a related business field.
- Key Competencies: Ability to work independently with a self-starter mentality, possessing effective and professional communication skills. Strong aptitude for prioritizing and managing multiple tasks to meet strict deadlines. Proficiency in PC applications, particularly Excel, is essential for job efficiency. You should also have the ability to learn new company software (commissions system, billing systems, etc.) and excel in report writing and data mining. A technical understanding of how commission systems operate is required.
- Preferred: Prior experience with Xactly or similar commissions systems is highly advantageous.

Salary Range: $64,050 - $80,115
