At Scrambly, we are revolutionizing the rewarded advertising space, currently serving over 3 million users in the USA. Over the past few years, we've grown rapidly, and we’re looking for incredible people to help us continue pushing boundaries and delivering top-tier digital solutions.
As our Delivery Manager, you will be the operational backbone of Scrambly’s product and engineering organization. You will work closely with the CTO, engineering leads, product, QA, and design teams to ensure that all initiatives — from core features to experiments — move from idea to production efficiently and with high quality.
It is a high-impact, execution-focused position for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys building structure, removing chaos, and driving teams toward effective delivery. You will define and run processes, coordinate releases, lead estimation and planning, ensure documentation hygiene, and help maintain smooth operational execution.
