What you’ll do

Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the all-electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following:

  • Provide expertise in design, development, and implementation of delivered and customized solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Automate and optimize software configurations, workflows, and processes to generate business value.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems and applications to ensure uniform data flow.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders) to enhance system operations and integration.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Contribute to best practice of end-to-end software architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for software-related issues.
  • Collaborate with business analyst, solution architect, and end-users to understand and address their needs to ensure a positive user experience.
  • Implement and enforce security policies, relevant regulations and standards within software to protect personal and sensitive data.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to application configurations, procedures, and best practices to support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure prompt resolution of incidents post-implementation.
  • Stay current on the platform’s capabilities and updates.

Location & Travel Expectations: The responsibilities of this role require attendance at in-person meetings and events occasionally. We will consider remote applicants for this role. Applicants should expect that the role may require the ability to convene with Scout colleagues in person and be able to travel to participate in events on behalf of the company from time to time.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in IT application implementation, deployment, support, and maintenance.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM development, customization, and administration.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise-level software development and engineering principles.
  • Experience with integrating SaaS technologies and best practices.
  • Familiarity with cloud systems architecture and design principles.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Certifications:

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator or Developer (highly desirable)
  • Additional relevant certifications in IT or software development (optional)

Pay Transparency

This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.

Initial base salary range = $120,000 - $140,000

Internal leveling code: IC9
