As a Scrum Master with a deep understanding of agile frameworks, you have an overview of the entire value chain and are responsible for the team Integration Platform Solutions within our department Enterprise Application Solutions. Furthermore, in this position you are member of the Scrum Master Community to shape the agility of our organization.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Servant leader for teams in the practical application of agile values and principles through coaching, mentoring and training
  • Moderation/facilitation of agile events and workshops including preparation and follow-up (daily, sprint planning, review, retrospective, stakeholder meetings, etc.)
  • Driving team development using your knowledge in the areas of change management, agile frameworks and self-empowerment
  • Improving agile work processes together with the teams and stakeholder management, considering the entire value chain
  • Coaching the Product Owners in refining the backlog and with backlog prioritization techniques
  • Work closely with the leadership team consisting of the People & Competence Manager and Product Owner

Your Qualifications

  • Completed studies in computer science, engineering or economics or comparable qualification
  • Several years of practical experience in the role of Scrum Master or Agile Coach and the application of agile frameworks and the support of (agile) teams or comparable leadership experience
  • Proven success in leading, coaching and developing agile teams in international hybrid/remote environments
  • Strong skills and experience in change management, coaching, mediation and facilitation
  • In-depth knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, scaled frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS or Nexus)
  • Confident handling of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Sharepoint)
  • In-depth experience with Jira/Confluence such as JIRA Query Language/JQL, filter logics, dashboards, creation of workflows and schema
  • Experience in the practical use of collaboration tools such as Conceptboard, MIRO, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
  • High adaptability, strong teamwork skills, motivation and commitment as well as independent, solution-oriented and structured way of working
