Learning and Development Director

Scale Virtually is seeking a Learning & Development Director to lead the design and scaling of learning systems that support hiring, placement, upskilling, and retention goals across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, HR, Education, or Business
• Five or more years in senior-level learning and development roles
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale training programs that drive performance, productivity, and retention
• Strong instructional design background with expertise in adult learning theory, virtual facilitation, and curriculum development
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
