We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Back End Developer to join our Consumer Wealth team. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in back-end software engineering, with a proven track record of architecting, building, and maintaining microservices and complex cloud environments. They will be responsible for defining the technical strategy for the Consumer Wealth domain, designing and building scalable systems, and driving technical alignment across the organization.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of related experience in back-end software engineering within product-based companies
• Proven track record of architecting, building, and maintaining microservices and complex cloud environments
• Deep expertise in Java and cloud platforms (AWS is a plus)
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS is a plus)
• Experience working with financial systems, transactional consistency, or regulated environments (a plus)
• Strategic communication and leadership skills
• Passion for empowering users to grow their savings and build financial well-being through technology
• Fluency in English
