What you'll be doing

As a BD Reporting Analyst, you'll play a key role in driving business growth through data-driven insights. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

• Develop reporting dashboards – By creating and automating reports to track sales targets, monitor pipeline status, and measure progress against business goals.

• Track sales performance – By monitoring target achievement at the team and individual levels and calculating sales bonuses in coordination with HR and Finance.

• Analyze performance metrics – By evaluating win rates, average deal size, and sales cycle length to uncover trends and identify areas for improvement.

• Generate strategic recommendations – By leveraging data to provide commercial insights that inform go-to-market strategies and support revenue growth initiatives.

• Ensure data integrity – By collaborating with Business Development, Finance, and Data teams to maintain accuracy and consistency across all reporting tools.

Who we're looking for
We need a problem-solver who loves teamwork and gets things done. If you're curious and ready for real ownership, you'll fit in! Does this sound like you?

• 2-4 years of experience – In an analytics, revenue operations, or business operations role, preferably within a fast-growing tech or fintech environment.

• Strong proficiency in data tools – Including Excel, data visualization platforms (like Tableau or Power BI), and CRM systems (like Salesforce or HubSpot).

• Exceptional analytical skills – With a proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights.

• Fluency in Italian and English – With excellent communication and presentation skills to share findings with key stakeholders.

• A data-driven and collaborative mindset – With a solid understanding of sales cycles, key performance metrics, and a passion for operational excellence.
