SAP Project-Based Training & Advanced Placement Program - SAPSOL Technologies

SAPSOL Technologies is currently inviting interested candidates to learn more about our SAP Project-Based Training and Advanced Placement Program (TPAP + PAP) conducted through the SAPSOL Product Innovation Lab (SPIL).

This initiative is designed as a structured learning and project-experience program for individuals who want to build or strengthen their careers in SAP. The program focuses on helping participants gain practical exposure to SAP S/4HANA implementation practices, consulting documentation, and project collaboration, which are often expected by employers in the SAP consulting ecosystem.

Unlike traditional classroom-only learning, this program combines guided training and simulated project-based learning to help participants understand how SAP implementation projects are executed in real consulting environments.

Program Pathways

Depending on the candidate’s background and experience level, two program options are available.

1. PAP – Project Experience Program

This option is suitable for candidates who have already completed SAP training and are looking to gain structured project exposure.

Participants work within a simulated SAP implementation environment, collaborating with a project team under the guidance of experienced SAP consultants, a project manager, and technical support teams.

Participants may gain exposure to:

• SAP S/4HANA implementation workflow

• Business process walkthroughs and FIT–GAP discussions
  • Preparation of functional documentation and test scripts

• Testing activities and UAT preparation

• Consulting deliverables and project collaboration practices
  • SAP Activate methodology and implementation structure

Program Fee (PAP): USD 1,500
Flexible installment options are available.

2. TPAP – Training + Project Experience Program

This combined pathway is intended for candidates who would benefit from additional SAP training before participating in project activities.

The program includes:

• Structured SAP training focused on business processes and configuration fundamentals
  • Understanding of SAP S/4HANA system environments
  • Transition into simulated implementation project activities
  • Exposure to consulting documentation and project deliverables
  • Participation in a team-based project environment under experienced consultants

Combined Program Fee (Training + Project Experience): USD 3,000
Flexible installment options are available.
