プロフェッショナル・サービス(PS)部門内にて、次世代を担う若手Architectの育成を専門的に推進する「TrailArchitectチーム」の成長と成功を牽引するFirstライン・マネージャーを募集します。

本ポジションは、Trail Architectチームリーダーや他のマネージャー陣と緊密に連携し、メンバーが担当する複数案件の品質を高く維持しながら、一人ひとりのスキル開発とキャリア実現を両立させるという、挑戦しがいのあるミッションを担います。テクノロジーの進化とビジネスの変化に柔軟に対応し、チームの有償稼働率達成とメンバーの成長にコミットすることで、組織全体の成功に大きく貢献することが期待されます。

職務内容

  • 人材育成

    • 自分のチームとして6から10名程度のメンバーに対し、SalesforceのArchitectとして顧客に十分貢献できるスキルや方法論を身につけるための育成を担当する

    • メンバーと一緒に案件を支援(案件のSupervise)や定期的な1on1ミーティングを通じて、一人ひとりのスキルアップやキャリア志向に合わせた育成を実行する

    • スキル向上を目的としたトレーニングやナレッジシェアリング施策の企画・推進する

  • 案件支援と品質管理

    • 複数案件への適切なSVの実施を行い、メンバー育成と同時に提供しているサービス品質の維持およびお客様プロジェクト全体の成功に向けた支援を行う

    • 成果物の品質レビューや、プロジェクトで発生する課題へのエスカレーション対応を実施する

  • チーム運営と連携

    • チームの有償稼働率の管理と最大化に向けたアクションプランの策定と実行する

    • PS部門内の他チームや関連部署との円滑なリレーションシップ構築する

    • 育成に関する本質的な課題を発見し、解決策を導き出し、チーム施策として推進できる

募集要件

  • Salesforceの製品とソリューションに関する深い知識

  • プロフェッショナルサービス部門におけるコンサルティング・サービスの支援経験(特にAssuranceサービス)

  • SPSMおよび類似の開発方法論や新しいテクノロジーを迅速にキャッチアップし活用できる、または活用を指導できる

  • プロフェッショナル・サービスの方向性やテクノロジーの変化を敏感に察知し、柔軟な思考で対応できる

  • 常に効率的な働き方を模索し、メンバーやチームの生産性向上に貢献できる

  • 複数の役割を効率的に遂行するため、素早く思考を切り替えることが可能な高いマルチタスク能力と時間管理能力を持つ

  • メンバー一人ひとりの個性やキャリアプランに真摯に寄り添い、その成長を心から支援することに喜びを感じる

  • 複雑な問題でも状況や原因の因果関係を整理でき、根本原因を特定・解決まで遂行できる論理的思考力と実行力を持つ
