YOU WILL BE:
The Manager, Personal Stylist Program is responsible for leading, developing, and scaling Saks Global’s Personal Stylist and top-seller initiatives across all stores. This role serves as a key corporate partner supporting Stylists, Stylist Managers, General Managers, and cross-functional teams in driving program excellence, operational consistency, and elevated client experience. The Manager will help shape the strategic direction of the program while ensuring Stylists are equipped with the tools, structure, and support needed to maximize performance.
YOU WILL DO:
Relationship & Partnership Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with Personal Stylists, top sellers, and stylist leaders across all markets.
Serve as a trusted corporate resource for guidance, problem-solving, and ongoing support.
Partner closely with General Managers and Stylist Managers to ensure alignment, clarity, and consistent program execution across all stores.
Program Development & Strategy
Support the creation and evolution of the corporate strategy for the Personal Stylist Program, including structure, tools, performance expectations, and long-term growth pathways.
Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance or expand the program through new initiatives, process improvements, and scalable solutions.
Ensure program components align with overall business objectives, customer experience standards, and sales performance goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner effectively with HR, Marketing, Merchant teams, Store Operations, Training, and other corporate groups to support stylist needs and program execution.
Act as a liaison between stores and corporate functions, ensuring alignment, communication flow, and timely issue resolution.
Facilitate cross-functional integration of tools, training, and resources to support the stylist community.
Program Analysis & Insights
Analyze stylist performance, program trends, and store feedback to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
Provide thoughtful recommendations and insights to enhance program structure, scalability, and operational efficiency.
Track key performance indicators and support the development of dashboards or reporting tools as needed.
Training, Role Development & Career Pathing
Support the evolution and definition of the Stylist Manager role, including expectations, workflows, and performance metrics.
Partner with HR and Training to define the career path for Assistant Personal Stylists, including development programs, competencies, and advancement opportunities.
Provide coaching, tools, and communication to ensure all stylist roles have clarity on responsibilities, goals, and growth pathways.
Operational Support & Issue Resolution
Act as an extension of store and corporate leadership by helping resolve stylist-related operational challenges and removing barriers to productivity.
Ensure consistent adoption of program standards, processes, and communication across all stores.
Escalate issues appropriately and follow through to ensure timely resolution.
YOU WILL BRING:
Strong relationship-building and communication skills; ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
Experience in retail leadership, luxury clienteling, or stylist-driven environments strongly preferred.
Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Demonstrated success in cross-functional partnership and program management.
Strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
