The Director, Sales, Specialty Retail, Naturium will oversee the Naturium brand, working across categories to drive, shape and lead the commercial strategy in partnership with the VP of Sales and Specialty retailer teams.

Requirements

  • 15-20+ years Beauty industry experience within a Sales / Commercial role, and with direct Specialty store retail experience
  • Experience managing a sales / commercial team that works with and supports Specialty stores
  • P&L management experience, along with budgetary ownership and development
  • Outstanding negotiation and relationship building skills
