SailPoint is looking for a Sr. ServiceNow CSM AI Developer to join their cross-functional ServiceNow team. The role will involve implementing, configuring, and managing the ServiceNow AI platform within the ServiceNow CSM module.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience implementing, configuring, and managing the ServiceNow AI platform within the ServiceNow CSM module
- Hands-on ServiceNow AI development experience building outcome-focused solutions for large-scale enterprises
- Experience with ServiceNow CSM, Now Assist, and AI technologies on the ServiceNow platform
- Ability to perform 'pro-code' development with a foundational knowledge of Glide APIs and platform-related programming languages
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model for customers, accounts, and contacts
- Experience with QA methodologies, integration experience using REST APIs, and familiarity with continuous delivery model and agile development processes
