About the job:
This position (part of our Professional Services) team is responsible for coordinating Professional Services projects for our customers, including direct interaction with Client Project Managers and stakeholders, as well as internal Services Management and Customer Success teams.
Responsibilities:
Ensure that customers have performed all the tasks required to prepare for a Professional Services project.
Serve as a primary point of contact for the customer prior and during project delivery.
Manage day to day project tasks adhering to schedules and budget objectives. Create and consistently update project documentation (project plans, weekly status and budget reports, and risks and issues logs) in appropriate repositories.
Manage project stakeholders and customer expectations, ensuring customer concerns, risks, and requirements are anticipated, documented, and resolved proactively.
Work closely with Customer Success Managers, Professional Services Managers and Engagement Managers to ensure smooth handoff, project initiation and project delivery.
Provide regular status updates on client progress to SailPoint Professional Services Management.
About you:
8+ years of professional work experience
3+ years of project management related experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Attention to details even under pressure
Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Strong willingness to learn
A team player
Experience working with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
