SageSure, a leader in catastrophe-exposed property insurance, is seeking a Manager, Corporate Strategy. This position will help support SageSure's long-term success by engaging SageSure’s Board, leadership groups & employees with its corporate strategy. What you’d be doing:

  • Elevate strategic content creation for executive meetings ensuring alignment with the organizations corporate strategy and leaders
  • Spearhead the successful execution of the SageSure Leadership Forum (a forum of 25+ Vice Presidents and above) in collaboration with the Chief Administrative Officer, leveraging the forum as a cornerstone to foster the growth and development of the organization and its people
  • Drive the organization and enhancement of SageSure’s Board of Managers (BOM) and Board of Advisors (BOA) meetings, in partnership with the office of the CEO and Chief Operating Officer, to ensure both governance and strategic oversight at the highest level
  • Streamline strategic decision-making by connecting executive meetings through a comprehensive strategy calendar
  • Collaborate with the Director of Corporate Strategy in orchestrating and managing SageSure’s executive leadership team (10 chief officers) and associated subcommittees
  • Establish a partnership with Internal Communications to foster a more connected and engaged organization to help them understands how they contribute to the execution and achievement of our corporate strategy
  • Facilitate the strategic components of an annual leadership conference (150+ leaders) and Department Offsite events, ensuring they effectively contribute to the company’s strategic goals and foster a cohesive corporate culture

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience supporting corporate strategy in insurance, financial services, consulting, or related industry
  • Experience/exposure presenting to high-level executives
  • Experience synthesizing and translating executive-level direction to tell a story via PowerPoint
  • Ownership over the project management work associated with role
  • Ability to synthesize information and capture key takeaways/action items on calls
  • Strong organization and time management skills with the ability to remain flexible and prioritize
  • Effective strategic thinking and ability to “think outside the box” to solve challenges
