As the People Team Intern, you will play a crucial role in the development and execution of our Summer Internship program. This unique opportunity allows you to contribute to the planning and coordination of the program while gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of Human Resources. This role will provide you with exposure to HR operations, employee engagement, DE&I, talent management, and more.

What you’d be doing:
- Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of the Summer Internship program.
- Coordinate logistics for events, workshops, and networking sessions for interns.
- Provide support in ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all interns.
- Collaborate with the People & Admin Ops Manager and Talent Management in various HR tasks and initiatives.
- Assist in maintaining HR records and databases.
- Communicate effectively with interns, providing guidance, and support as needed.
- Collaborate with HR team members to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide assistance in addressing HR-related concerns.
- Contribute to the development of HR-related content for internal communication channels.
- Assist in the coordination and facilitation.
- Ensure new employees receive the necessary training and orientation materials.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program with a focus on Human Resources, Communications, Pre-Law, or Business Administration with an anticipated graduation date in December 2024 or May 2025.
- Interest in HR practices, talent development, employee engagement, and DE&I.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
Highly preferred candidates also have:
- Prior internship experience.
- GPA of 3.0 or higher.
