The HR Services Manager will provide expert guidance on local employment laws, act as the primary contact for global clients, and ensure a seamless worker life cycle. This role requires a strong understanding of Dutch labor law and experience in managing employment terminations.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of Dutch local Labor Law Experience
- Demonstrated expertise in HR and the management of employment terminations.
- Fluent in both Dutch and English languages
- Extensive experience in providing guidance on complex Employment Relations Issues
