We are hiring a Global Solutions Advisor (Account Executive) based in Shenzhen to join our dynamic and fast-growing sales organization. This role is ideal for a high calibre seller who competes well in a crowded market, converts inbound interest into revenue, and generates pipeline through disciplined outbound prospecting.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, software, or technology-enabled services
- EOR industry background will be a significant plus
- Experience partnering with BDR teams and Marketing organizations
- Strong ability to independently prospect and build pipeline
- Abundant sales experience with Chinese clients expanding globally
- Previous employment with FIEs in China (WFOEs etc) will be highly preferred
- Excellent English language skills will be required
- Expert-level discovery and consultative selling capability
- Confident navigating C-suite and VP-level conversations
- Familiarity with Salesforce or modern CRM platforms preferred
- Highly organized and results-driven
