We are hiring a Global Solutions Advisor (Account Executive) to join our dynamic and fast-growing sales organization in Beijing. The role involves converting inbound leads into revenue, conducting high-impact discovery sessions, and building trusted relationships with organizations navigating the future of work.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, software, or technology-enabled services
- EOR industry background will be a significant plus
- Based in Beijing
- Proven success converting inbound demand into revenue
- Experience partnering with BDR teams and Marketing organizations
- Strong ability to independently prospect and build pipeline
- Excellent English language skills
- Expert-level discovery and consultative selling capability
- Familiarity with Salesforce or modern CRM platforms preferred
