We offer more than 100 brands, including Adidas, Champion, Columbia, Dickies, Fruit of the Loom, Gildan, Oakley, Richardson, Tommy Hilfiger, etc.

We have grown from a successful midwestern t-shirt and fleece distributor into an industry leader with approximately $2.5 billion in annual sales. In March 2021, Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (“CD&R”) acquired S&S Activewear. Job Description

S&S is a leading distributor of imprintable sportswear, serving a broad range of customers, including advertising specialty distributors, screen printers, embroiderers, uniform companies and specialty retailers throughout the United States. S&S offers the most comprehensive product offering in our industry, with a focus on bringing recognizable fashion and retail brands to our channel.

Inside Sales representatives will be responsible for growing and developing a targeted group of existing customers via phone and email, as well as prospecting for new opportunities within an assigned region. Ideal candidates must possess excellent communication skills – verbal and written – and be comfortable interacting by phone with decision makers and business owners. Candidates should also demonstrate strong analytical thinking skills, a positive, upbeat attitude and a commitment to success.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Grow and develop an assigned group of targeted customers via phone and email
  • Follow up on daily flow of internal sales leads and prospect for opportunities
  • Complete, analyze and review customer profiles for business development opportunities
  • Identify key customer needs and business objectives and align them with S&S products and services.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 1 year of professional experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer focus and relationship building skills
  • Strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to recognize opportunities through review of customer profile data
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred qualifications

  • B2B Sales experience
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree
