DTS Portfolio Coordinator Intern

About the Role:

As an intern with S&P Global DTS/TSG you will work on a real business project, intended to add value to your team and our business, as well as provide you with a great learning opportunity.

As a Portfolio Coordinator one of your main responsibilities will be managing and maintaining different portfolios across DTS. As part of the PMO you will learn portfolio governance and work close with our project managers ensuring their portfolio meets the DTS PMO standards. You will be leading working sessions and trainings, working with different teams across the company, and closely analyzing projects for gaps and inconsistencies.

You will have the opportunity to experience a high-level of collaboration and cross-training on a range of different applications and processes. We offer a collaborative, close-knit team that is accustomed to helping one another learn and excel while working to continuously improve the level of quality delivered to our project managers and company leadership.

Key responsibilities include:

• Implement and train on Portfolio Governance.
• Communicate with Project Management regarding events, campaign expectations, and goals.
• Participate in meetings with company leadership and portfolio management.
• Evaluate Projects for inconsistencies.
• Plan and coordinate training & working sessions.
