As a Business Development Manager on the TrainAI team, you will work closely with internal teams to generate revenue for TrainAI, focusing on identified target accounts and developing strategy to deploy. The role involves researching, targeting, and prospecting new clients/opportunities, qualifying and managing the complete sales cycle, and working with internal departments to maximise sales opportunities.
Requirements
- 4-year degree in, plus 5 years of sales experience required
- B2B sales experience working in technology, technology services, or a technical industry preferred
- Knowledge and experience with AI and data training
- Demonstrable experience in prospecting, outbound lead generation activities
- Experience cross-selling with internal account managers
- Ability to work independently and to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent command of the English language with strong writing / editing skills
- Communication skills including delivery of presentations and pitches
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, and beginner to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Ability to effectively communicate with global stakeholders
- Demonstrable success in closing new business and retaining existing accounts
