About the Role
Join us as an Engineering Manager to lead the Money team, responsible for ensuring Providers get paid in a timely manner for the services they provide, and patients have clarity on their bill in advance, if any. With a focus on diversity and innovation, you'll build and empower a skilled team while collaborating with engineering and product stakeholders across application and infrastructure teams. Take the helm in a reliable & seamless payout experience that enables caregivers to focus more on their patients and drive impactful change!
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related field, or relevant work experience.
12+ years of professional engineering experience. At least 7 years of full-time IC work and at least 5 years of hands-on people management experience.
Experience that involves performance management, mentoring, and career growth, thereby demonstrating strong leadership skills.
Demonstrable project management experience, including breaking down projects and delivering on fixed target dates.
Experience working cross-functionally with strong interpersonal and communication skills
