The Operations Excellence and Customer Success Team is part of the Digital Program Office. The team’s mission is to optimize operations, empower teams, and drive improvement to create better business outcomes for our Digital workforce and customers.
We are looking for a Change Manager to help lead high-impact transformational initiatives across the business. This new role will partner closely with key stakeholders to design and deliver structured change plans that enable adoption of new ways of working, generate measurable business value, and maximize return on investment. In collaboration with the department leader, the role will also establish standard operating procedures and scalable processes for providing change management services across the Raytheon business.
What You Will Do
Lead organizational change management efforts for strategic, complex initiatives within the business and with strong collaboration across business units.
Conceptualize and implement strategic change management plans that will help drive business value around key initiatives.
Assess and identify key stakeholders care abouts and creating scalable strategies for managing to expectations.
Partner to develop and execute timely communication messaging and education programs that are aligned with the business change milestones.
Partner to identify and drive key change readiness activities that align to the business value and benefits of initiatives, by utilizing various metrics and measurements.
Use strategic, innovative approaches to build efficient, industry-aligned change management processes and procedures while helping develop a Center of Excellence that establishes enterprise standards and best practices.
Effectively communicate change strategy, progress, and risks to executive stakeholders to drive alignment and timely decisions.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience.
Experience supporting large-scale, enterprise-wide change management initiatives.
Functional change management consulting experience.
Experience with industry-leading change management methodologies.

Qualifications We Prefer
Experience working in the Aerospace/Defense industry.
Change management experience within Digital/IT functions.
Experience developing and implementing strategic change management plans and deliverables for complex initiatives.
Demonstrated success in influencing stakeholders, aligning priorities, and driving cross-functional collaboration.
Experience engaging with employees at all levels, including senior leadership, with the ability to simplify complex messages.
Experience in project management and organizational change management methodologies.

Remote: This position currently is designated as remote. Employees who are working in remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home) but may be expected to travel to the site location as needed. The successful candidate for this role will be required to reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. territories).

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
