We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Representative to drive adoption of our property management software (RoveCore) and help us onboard hundreds of new properties onto the platform.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of direct or relevant experience in a similar role.
- Native-equivalent fluency in business English
- Strong discovery and qualification skills; you can run exploratory calls, handle objections, and negotiate effectively
- Personable and energetic; you enjoy building relationships
- Empathy and sales instincts, ideally within SaaS, PropTech, hospitality, or real estate
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficient with CRM tools (HubSpot), communication platforms, and web/mobile apps
- Customer-first mindset with a bias toward action
- Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
- Coachable and eager to implement feedback
