We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Representative to drive adoption of our property management software (RoveCore) and help us onboard hundreds of new properties onto the platform.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of direct or relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Native-equivalent fluency in business English
  • Strong discovery and qualification skills; you can run exploratory calls, handle objections, and negotiate effectively
  • Personable and energetic; you enjoy building relationships
  • Empathy and sales instincts, ideally within SaaS, PropTech, hospitality, or real estate
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient with CRM tools (HubSpot), communication platforms, and web/mobile apps
  • Customer-first mindset with a bias toward action
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Coachable and eager to implement feedback
